Job Purpose
Reporting to the Team Lead, Operational Performance, the person in this role will be responsible for analyzing daily data and key performance indicators related to our store operations. This individual will need to identify issues and opportunities hidden within this data and synthesize the information to communicate it to relevant stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish and negotiate monthly sales and productivity plans for stores.
- Analyze store operational results to identify underperformers, pinpoint sources of underperformance, and propose solutions based on technical analyses and practical insights.
- Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports, ensuring data clarity and accessibility.
- Develop clear analytical tools to improve store performance.
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of best practice guides for store scheduling and performance analysis.
- Provide training and conduct in-store visits.
Your Profile
- Precise Analysis and Attention to Detail: You have excellent analytical skills and a rigorous approach to interpreting data for well-informed decision-making.
- Communication and Negotiation: You communicate your ideas clearly and have a natural talent for negotiation, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various partners.
Requirements
- Bilingualism is essential, spoken and written in both French and English.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of PowerBI is an asset.
