Purpose of the role

The person in this role is responsible for supporting various departments in the deployment of promotions. They will oversee the entire promotional cycle, from implementation to analysis, ensuring the performance and effectiveness of the initiatives. In collaboration with multiple teams, they will contribute to evaluating results and implementing new initiatives aimed at optimizing our promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all promotional activities for the La Vie en Rose and Bikini Village brands.
• Ensure consistency across different promotions.
• Coordinate daily activities with the various departments involved.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with different teams and departments.
• Ensure operational logistics are completed so promotions are available in-store at the right time.
• Build tools related to promotions (promotional calendar, promotion guidelines, task assistance, etc.).
• Lead the coordination of promotion committees.
• Write promotional memos and communications for stores and certain head office departments.
• Code promotions into the ERP system and inform departments of specifications.
• Define KPIs to measure the impact of initiatives and quantify ROI.
• Provide insights on data trends and collaborate with other company analysts to understand anomalies.
• Communicate ideas, recommendations, and data effectively through presentations, automated reports, and dashboards to increase sales.
• Stay updated on new promotional trends.
• Regularly visit stores.

Requirements

• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination role.
• Experience in retail and/or fashion is an asset.
• Functional bilingualism (French and English) and good writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
