The incumbent will act as a superuser of internal systems (PLM, ERP, etc.) for the entire supply chain. They will serve as the liaison between the IT team and end users to ensure the systems meet operational needs. You will be the designated resource to learn, master, and share system-related knowledge with the goal of optimizing system use according to specific contexts. Your role will help improve the user experience, foster a shared understanding of procedures, and strengthen synergy among stakeholders. This position also allows for identifying process improvement opportunities to increase the overall efficiency of supply chain teams.
- Master internal systems and their features, and understand the architecture of our data.
- Analyze operational issues related to systems and support internal teams in resolving them. Develop and execute tests to recommend improvements.
- Centralize technical requests and follow up with stakeholders (IT, vendors, users).
- Coordinate updates, quality testing, and deployments.
- Collaborate with superusers to enhance their autonomy and provide ongoing training (guides, training, etc.).
- Participate in and coordinate upcoming technology implementation projects.
- Reports and Decision-Making Tools
- Develop performance monitoring tools (reports, BI) to optimize operations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of reports: requirements, design, deployment, follow-up.
- Collaborate with analysts and supply chain teams.
- Structure digital work environments (spaces, applications, virtual desktops).
- Regularly validate intersystem data exchanges to ensure database accuracy.
- Processes and Communication
- Maintain a clear and effective communication calendar.
- Draft internal communications (memos, summaries, procedures, training briefs).
- Implement tools to support operational communication.
- Support the team leader in various related tasks (projects, analyses, training, etc.).
- Analytical and detail-oriented: You understand systems, data structures, and operational challenges, and turn insights into actionable solutions.
- Technologically savvy: You're comfortable with BI tools and digital environments, and ensure the accuracy of data exchanges across systems.
- Clear communicator: You translate technical information into clear content (guides, training, memos) to support teams effectively.
- Collaborative and organized: You play a key role in tech projects, coordinating stakeholders and empowering super users.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or information technology, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, ideally in fashion or retail.
- Proficiency in a PLM or ERP system; implementation experience is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills across departments (French speaking, writing and reading), with the ability to convey clear information and work well in teams.
- Autonomy, curiosity, initiative, and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Interest in innovation and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of project management (asset).
