Purpose of the internship
The intern will support the Supply Chain Process and Technology Projects Team Lead in various tasks and initiatives. They will help optimize existing tools, processes and practices while working closely with different internal teams. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects and gain hands-on experience with operations and systems related to the supply chain.
Key responsibilities
Processes
- Assist in updating the supply chain process charter;
- Participate in the analysis and review of supply chain operations;
- Help plan and maintain a clear, relevant, and consistent communication calendar;
- Contribute to the development of communication tools to share meeting summaries, announce updates, send procedure reminders, and deliver training capsules related to our systems;
- Support the coordination of special projects
Operational reports
- Collaborate on and implement work tools for management (system reports, BI) to improve supply chain processes;
Internal IT systems
- Help update and create user manuals;
- Participate in feedback meetings with supply chain teams;
- Work with internal users to support their autonomy with technological solutions;
- Centralize tech support tickets and follow up with users, the IT team, and external vendors;
- Participate in test case preparation, planning, and execution of system tests;

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology or equivalent (an asset).
- Knowledge of supply chain operations, preferably in fashion and/or retail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power BI, ERP systems, or other database management tools.
