Under the supervision of the Creative Lead at Bikini Village, the selected candidate will contribute to defining the brand image, developing communication tools, and maintaining graphic standards.
They will play a key role in designing and producing visual content across digital and print channels, aligned with marketing goals and the brand’s identity.
- Design, create, and produce materials for seasonal advertising campaigns (web and in-store), aligned with the brand's positioning; approximately 80% web / 20% print;
- Design marketing materials for the website (banners, homepage, and newsletters);
- Design and produce materials related to the corporate image (logo, product packaging, stationery…) and in-store marketing materials (posters, contests, promotions, and videos);
- Prepare documents for prepress and/or various media;
- Organize photo files for public relations and e-commerce;
- Create mockups and execute all graphic elements for each season;
- Participate in quality control in collaboration with the Creative Lead;
- Help implement and maintain an organized system for digital file management;
- Take part in brainstorming sessions for creative concepts;
- Collaborate in developing the brand image;
- Prepare the retouching document, gather campaign details for 360 campaigns, and make them accessible to other graphic designers

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in graphic design;
- 3 to 5 years of experience required;
- Experience in web design (newsletters, banners, social media);
- Strong command of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as both Mac and PC environments;
- Bilinguisme français-anglais (La personne aura à faire des campagnes publicitaires pour le marché également à l’extérieur du Québec).
