Purpose of the role
Under the supervision of the E-commerce Manager, the incumbent will assist the e-commerce team by contributing to daily merchandising tasks essential for the efficient operation and visibility of the website.
Keys Responsibilities
- Assist with all e-commerce merchandising activities;
- Perform follow-ups in the project management system;
- Conduct testing and quality control, identifying resulting issues;
- Support the upload of products and maintain the product catalog;
- Assist with product enrichment, image uploads, and color sample management;
- Provide support for product sorting requests on the website;
- Help create and schedule promotions;
- Contribute to creating a positive site search experience;
- Participate in optimizing the online shopping experience;
- Support the organization and execution of various projects;
- Anticipate team needs and provide proactive support;
- Regularly conduct effective competitive monitoring;
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration with various departments and teams;
- Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements
- Post-secondary education in marketing, commerce, management, or equivalent;
- 1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce role (an asset);
- Experience in retail and/or fashion (an asset);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Bilingual, both written and spoken (French and English).
