Purpose of the role
The holder of this position will play a key role in leading the customer acquisition team for our La Vie en Rose and Bikini Village banners across the Canadian and U.S. markets. He.she will be responsible for developing and implementing effective acquisition strategies, while guiding internal and external partners to ensure best practices in SEM, SEO, and affiliate program management are applied. As a positive leader, he.she will foster strong collaboration with other departments to maximize the impact of our initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the SEM, SEO, affiliate, and Data teams;
- Define and execute customer acquisition strategies for both the Canadian and U.S. markets;
- Maximize ROI for SEM, SEO, META, GOOGLE, RAKUTEN, and affiliate campaigns;
- Implement “Drive-to-store” strategies to increase traffic across all our sales channels (stores, outlets, and online);
- Manage relationships with internal teams as well as external firms and consultants;
- Leverage emerging technologies (AI and others) to optimize advertising campaigns and improve SEO rankings;
- Oversee the development and implementation of technological tools related to customer acquisition, in collaboration with internal and external consultants;
- Work closely with content and product promotion teams (online and in-store) to ensure brand and messaging consistency;
- Supervise the management of all store listings and their relevance in search engines;
- Collaborate, listen, and respond to customer acquisition opportunities identified by other departments, market data, and purchasing trends;
- Establish and share performance indicators related to customer acquisition such as COA (Cost of Acquisition), CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), churn rate, and more;
- Contribute to other marketing projects as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent;
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience;
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (required for collaboration with Canadian and U.S. markets);
- Knowledge of best practices in e-commerce, SEM, SEO, and affiliate programs;
- Experience in retail and e-commerce (an asset);
- Proficiency with key tools: Google Analytics 360, Google Ads, Looker Studio, Merchant Center, Tag Manager, Facebook Ads and Insights, SemRush, HREF, and others.
