Purpose of the role

Under the supervision the Manager, Email Marketing, the incumbent will assist the email marketing team by collaborating on the day-to-day tasks essential to the smooth running and outreach of the email channel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all day-to-day email marketing activities;
• Integrate newsletters on Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Write compelling briefs (copy, product/photo selection and layout);
• Create UTM links and sequencing;
• Assist in maintaining and updating the newsletter calendar;
• Be a support in the maintenance and creation of customer journeys;
• Provide support in the organization and implementation of various projects;
• Anticipate the needs of the team and offer proactive support;
• Conduct effective competitive monitoring on a regular basis;
• Ensure good communication and cooperation with various departments and teams;
• Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements

• DEC and/or Bachelors Degree studies in marketing, business, communication, media or equivalent;
• Experience in the field of retail and/or fashion (an asset);
• Proficient in the Office Suite: Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Bilingual, both oral and written, French and English (The person will have to do advertising campaigns for the Canadian market).
