Purpose of the role

The incumbent of this position is responsible for actively participating in tasks related to general warehouse operations, as well as shipping and receiving merchandise.


Key responsibilities
  • Participate in shipping/receiving department tasks
  • Perform periodic maintenance of department areas
  • General warehouse work: picking, special packaging, placing parcels/envelopes to be shipped into bins, special projects as requested
  • Prepare regular store orders and WEB requests
  • Ensure supplies are organized and ready for distribution
  • Handle hanger returns on our SharePoint platform
  • Distribute materials to various departments
  • Participate in and ensure the preparation of supplies for store openings
  • Perform any other tasks as requested
  • Apply C-TPAT standards at all times

Your profile
  • Interest in warehouse work: You enjoy logistics environments and are fully engaged in receiving, shipping, and order preparation activities.
  • Thoroughness and accuracy: Attention to detail and precision are part of your daily routine, allowing you to deliver reliable work that meets requirements.
  • Organization and prioritization skills: You know how to structure your work efficiently and manage tasks methodically, even when the pace increases.
  • Autonomy and reliability: You work independently while demonstrating punctuality, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team spirit and service mindset: You value collaborative work and actively contribute to a positive environment, with a desire to do things well and help others.

Requirements
  • Customer service
  • Ability to regularly lift an average weight ranging from 25 to 45 pounds
  • Experience in warehouse operations / shipping and receiving merchandise
  • Order preparation (stores and web orders)
  • Picking and product packaging
  • Management of merchandise returns (e.g., hangers)
  • Application of safety procedures and standards
