Purpose of the role

The incumbent supports the Human Resources team in the day-to-day operations of the department while ensuring consistent and high-quality customer service to all employees.


Key responsibilities
  • Post internal and external job openings for the distribution center and ensure postings are kept up to date on all platforms and websites used;
  • Participate in recruitment activities for the distribution center;
  • Take part in the pre-employment process for the distribution center, including reference checks, criminal and credit background checks, creation of new employee files, and validation of employment contracts;
  • Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees at the distribution center;
  • Assist in drafting employment confirmation letters for employees;
  • Manage the Human Resources inbox;
  • Communicate regularly with distribution center managers;
  • Participate in recruitment events as needed (job fairs, educational institutions, or other workforce attraction activities);
  • Assist with the management of training files for the distribution center;
  • Prepare and generate monthly reports;
  • Participate in and support the Health and Safety Committee;
  • Perform any other related Human Resources duties.

Your profile

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations;
  • Management and updating of employee records;
  • Drafting HR documents (letters, emails, internal communications);
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Experience using HR systems or internal databases;
  • Support of standard HR processes (onboarding, administrative follow-ups).
