Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Manager, E-commerce, the incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the day-to-day operations of La Vie en Rose’s e-commerce activities, while contributing to its overall performance and strategic growth.


They analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement concrete recommendations. They also work to enhance the user experience and integrate innovative practices to optimize the customer journey and maximize the website’s sales potential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in the development and execution of e-commerce strategic plans;
  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize all daily website activities;
  • Maintain and evolve the web calendar;
  • Collaborate with the content strategy and creative teams to design digital banners and marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency;
  • Oversee the preparation of briefs and coordinate testing and quality assurance phases;
  • Ensure rigorous project follow-up, coordinate stakeholders, manage priorities, and guarantee the quality of deliverables;
  • Continuously analyze e-commerce performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities;
  • Develop and recommend strategies and concrete actions to improve performance and customer experience;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience (UX/UI), including navigation, content, merchandising, and features;
  • Ensure the application of e-commerce best practices and contribute to the optimization of internal processes;
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools to optimize operations, enhance the customer experience, and support decision-making;
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay up to date on e-commerce trends and innovations;
  • Maintain effective and strategic communication with internal teams and external partners;

Your Profile
  • Analytical: Able to interpret data to develop recommendations and propose optimizations to improve e-commerce performance.
  • Organized: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative: Works effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Curious: Always on the lookout for new trends and opportunities in e-commerce.
  • Adaptable: Quickly adjusts to changing priorities and new challenges.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, business administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in an e-commerce role
  • Experience in retail and or fashion (an asset)
  • Experience with Optimizely (an asset)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance analysis tools
  • Knowledge of Power BI (an asset)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual, both spoken and written, in French and English
  • Availability outside regular working hours may be required based on business needs
