Purpose of the job

Reporting to the International Division, you play a key role in coordinating, tracking and optimizing shipments to our international licensed partners. You ensure that every shipment, from origin to final destination, is executed with accuracy, efficiency and full compliance, while respecting operational standards, local requirements and applicable regulations. Through your strong organizational skills and proactive approach, you directly contribute to the efficiency of our international operations and to delivering a seamless partner experience.



Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor international shipments transiting through our overseas 3PL warehouses to ensure on time delivery, while meeting operational requirements and market specific needs;
  • Plan and coordinate exports from Montreal, including the transmission of export data to Canadian customs authorities through required systems;
  • Follow up daily with suppliers regarding purchase order booking requests for international licensed partners;
  • Collaborate closely with freight forwarders to review, validate and optimize shipment bookings;
  • Ensure compliance of all shipments, including cross trade and direct exports, with applicable regulations, policies and procedures;
  • Prepare, validate and coordinate all required commercial documentation for customs clearance and ensure timely transmission to all stakeholders;
  • Issue and send invoices to licensed partners according to established terms and follow up as needed;
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with international licensed partners by providing a professional and solution oriented service;
  • Act as a key point of contact with external partners involved in shipments, including freight forwarders, carriers and other stakeholders;
  • Ensure clear and fluid communication with internal teams to maintain up-to-date visibility on the status of merchandise and non-merchandise shipments;
  • Update and maintain accurate shipment information to ensure reliable tracking and partner visibility;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend practical solutions to optimize logistics processes;
  • Analyze logistics performance indicators such as transit times and delivery performance and share insights with stakeholders;
  • Support the international logistics team with various projects and related tasks as needed;

Requirements
  • College diploma (or equivalent) in transportation and logistics
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Bilingual (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills; able to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
