Purpose of the Position Under the supervision of the Social Media Manager, the person in this role plays a key part in the development and evolution of influencer marketing at La Vie en Rose. They are responsible for designing, coordinating, and optimizing high-performing influencer strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, strengthening brand positioning, and generating a measurable impact on sales.
As a true expert in digital trends and creator relationships, the incumbent acts as a strategic partner to internal teams and external collaborators to ensure excellence and consistency in influencer initiatives across various social platforms.
Job Description - Actively participate in the development and evolution of influencer marketing strategies based on business objectives, social platforms, and audience behaviors;
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns while respecting timelines, budgets, and brand standards;
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with content creators aligned with La Vie en Rose’s image and values;
- Develop talent scouting and partnership growth strategies to ensure continuous expansion of the influencer network;
- Negotiate partnerships, draft contractual agreements, and ensure agreed deliverables are met;
- Write clear and inspiring strategic briefs for collaborations and campaigns;
- Manage all operations related to collaborations, including product requests, shipment management, logistical follow-ups, and activation coordination;
- Ensure rigorous budget management for campaigns and maximize return on investment for influencer initiatives;
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance using key metrics, then provide strategic recommendations based on results;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, public relations, e-commerce, creative, stores, etc.) to ensure integrated and consistent execution;
- Develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors;
- Participate in the planning and execution of events, activations, and special projects combining influencer marketing, social media, and public relations;
- Provide support, when needed, for social media projects and initiatives for La Vie en Rose and Bikini Village;
- Continuously monitor industry trends, social platforms, consumer behavior, and competitive best practices.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing;
- Experience in retail or fashion (an asset);
- Experience with the Sprout Social platform (an asset);
- Excellent knowledge of influencer marketing and social media best practices and trends;
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other performance analysis tools;
- Knowledge of Canva and content creation tools (an asset);
- Excellent understanding of social platforms, their content formats, and performance metrics;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Bilingualism required, both spoken and written (French and English); as you will be speaking with people outside of Quebec.
- Occasional evening and weekend availability to participate in events and brand activations.
